At Athleta Preloved, we want you to feel confident in your gear; if your secondhand purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for a full refund in store credit. Please note that all items must be returned in the same condition as received with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your preloved items into their original packaging or a durable shipping mailer, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects the item to verify its condition, your refund will be issued as digital store credit to your account within 3-5 business days.
