What is your return policy for pre-loved items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all pre-loved purchases. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with all Athleta Preloved tags still attached.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I use Athleta gift cards on the Preloved store?
Currently, Athleta Preloved operates on a separate checkout system. Only credit cards, PayPal, and specific Preloved digital vouchers are accepted at this time.
Are the clothes cleaned before being sold?
Yes, all garments are professionally cleaned and sanitized using eco-friendly processes before they are listed on our site, ensuring they arrive fresh and ready for your next workout.
Do you ship internationally?
